Swinging Into Spring: HJTEP Tennis Clinic
Spring is in the air, and so are tennis balls! The Harlem Junior Tennis & Education Program (HJTEP) invites local youth to kick off the season at our “Swinging into Spring” Tennis Clinic on Saturday, May 2, 2026.
Join us from 12:00 PM – 2:00 PM at the Denny Farrell Riverbank State Park South End Tennis Courts (near the West 138th Street entrance); 679 Riverside Drive, New York, NY 10031.
This free clinic welcomes youth ages 5–18 of all skill levels. Whether participants are stepping onto the court for the first time or are already familiar with the game, the clinic is designed to be inclusive, engaging, and fun for everyone.
No equipment? No problem. Just bring your energy and a desire to learn.
Lastly, in case spring showers rain us out, our rain date is May 3rd, 12:00 PM – 2:00 PM.
The clinic is hosted by HJTEP in partnership with the West Harlem Development Corporation, continuing our shared commitment to health, opportunity, and community connection.
