Wrapping Up Summer Camp at Fordham and Howard Bennett
2025 Summer Tournament Training Camp at Fordham University was one to remember. Our players worked hard on and off the court, building skills, confidence, and friendships that carried them into the school year. Camp wouldn’t have been the same without our incredible coaches and teaching staff, whose dedication shaped every moment. A big thank you to our coaching team: Justin, Doug, John, Ben, Charles, Mike, Aya, and DJ, and to our teaching staff, Ms. Renee and Ms. Lilienne, for leading with energy, care, and consistency all summer. We’re also grateful to Christian and Josiah for supporting both the education and tennis sides.
This year we also ran camp at Howard Bennett Playground, where our grassroots group thrived under the leadership where our grassroots group thrived under the leadership of Coach Patricia, Coach Brian and Coach Quacey, supported by Coaches Amirah, Damita and Jalynn. Their guidance made the summer both fun and impactful for every young player who stepped on court.
With camp season ending, we are looking forward to the next chapter. The Fall afterschool session begins on September 30, and we cannot wait to welcome our players back to the Armory as they head into new opportunities for personal growth and achievements both in the classroom and on the court.
